Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed online questionnaire. This gives me a clear picture of your medical history, your current health landscape, and - most importantly - your personal ‘why.’ It’s the first step to building a plan that’s truly tailored to you.

Personalised Nutritional & Lifestyle Plan

Following your consultation, I’ll design a personalised plan that’s easy to follow and built around your needs. It will aim to:
- Improve your nutrition
- Strengthen sleep, stress response, and movement routines
- Encourage mindset shifts that support lasting health
This is a progress-focused journey, not about perfection. We’ll talk through every element of the plan to make sure it feels realistic and empowering to you.

Based on your chosen package, you’ll receive regular weekly check-ins to help keep you on track, supported, and inspired.

During your free 20-minute discovery call, we’ll discuss your current health situation, your goals, and which package would best support your needs. You’ll leave the call with a clear, personalised recommendation — no pressure, just clarity.

Yes! All consultations and check-ins are conducted online via Zoom or telephone. This means I can work with you wherever you are based, providing flexible, personalised support.

Payment plans are available for my longer packages:

  • Thrive (3-month package) – 3 monthly payments
  • VIP Wellness Mentorship (6-month package) – 6 monthly payments

Please note:

Payment plans are not available for the Reset & Rebalance (6-week package) or the Foundations of Wellness (Diet Diary Review). These shorter programmes require full payment upfront.

You’ll receive access to a secure client app where you can:

  • Track your progress
  • Access personalised resources
  • Communicate with me between sessions
  • Upload food diaries and receive feedback (if included in your package)


This keeps us closely connected and ensures you’re supported every step of the way.

Yes, where appropriate! Depending on your individual needs and your chosen package, I provide tailored recipes, meal plans, and handouts to make implementing your health plan as simple and enjoyable as possible.

Absolutely. If functional testing is appropriate, I will recommend relevant tests (e.g., gut health, hormone panels, nutrient analysis) and guide you through the process. Testing is arranged privately and is not included in package fees – but all recommendations will be fully explained so you can make informed decisions.

After completing your programme, you have the option to continue with ongoing support via my Monthly Wellness Subscription. This ensures you can maintain your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and continue evolving your wellness journey with personalised guidance.

Absolutely! My programmes are tailored to meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re brand new to natural health or already familiar with it. We go at your pace, building understanding and confidence as we move forward.
